Step 1 - It's yours!
Check job offers, choose the advert you are interested in and apply online.
If you are currently not recruiting for a position you would like to apply for, leave your contact details in our database and we will contact you when we can propose some job opportunity to you.
Step 2 - Verification of the applications sent.
The recruitment process and cv verification is carried out by the department's superior, to which we are currently looking for an employee. This process is supported by the HR department. Each of the applications sent to us is carefully read and analyzed in terms of our needs and expectations towards the candidate.
Step 3 - Recruitment interview and possible tests
Selected candidates are invited for an interview. During the meeting, we want to get to know you better, verify your motivation, predispositions and skills in relation to the position you are applying for.
It may happen that we will ask you to solve the tests, which will be announced during the telephone conversation before the interview in our office (aplies to office posts).
Depending on the position, the process may consist of one more recruitment interview, additional tests or telephone interviews.
Step 4 - Welcome to Toyo!
The last stage of the recruitment process is the submission of the offer and working conditions to the selected candidate. If you accept it, we will wait impatiently for you to join our team.
